Company Summary:
We are an Independent Insurance Agency that provides a complete package of Property and Casualty lines by being appointed to over 24 different Insurance Carriers.
Primary Duties:
Provide sales and consultation to clients and prospects in the areas of Personal and Commercial P&C Lines
Business Development – devote time for promoting Agency to Business and Personal prospects in Berks and surrounding geography.
Requirements:
Must be currently licensed in the areas of Insurance offered.
Must be customer focused and friendly
Should be bi-lingual and conversant in English and Spanish
Standard work hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Attend all Rothenberger Insurance Services functions and events.
Daily Expectations
Employee is expected to be productive and work a full work week filled with:
Customer interactions (phone, proposals, account management)
New Business initiatives (calls, manage prospect status, networking meetings, etc.)
Salary Structure:
This position is highly compensated on results. Individual performance of account acquisition and servicing should be the major element of compensation. Further details will be defined by the parent company.
